Terms of Service
Note: First-person references (I, me, myself) within the TOS refers to the artist providing the goods and services. Second-person (you, your, yours) refers to the client receiving the good and services.By commissioning me, you agree that you are over 18 and you agree to all of the statements below.
General
- Commissions may be for personal-use only or unless discussed otherwise.
- There will be a commercial-use fee on top of the total price, percentage fee up to my discretion.
- Using commissions for AI training or modifying with AI is strictly prohibited.
- When sending a request, please be ready with readable references, images or concept sheets, and mention deadlines if any.
- I have the right to decline any requests for any reason.
- I do not accept NSFW requests.
Payments and Refunds
- Currency is used in USD.
- Processing payments are available through PayPal, CashApp and Ko-Fi.
- Orders over $50 are available for partial payment plans (ex: 50/50), any orders under should be paid in full.
- I will not start working on your request until the upfront payment has been made.
- Prices may be subject to change if you request a more complex/detailed piece and/or major revisions.
- If I haven't started your request and you wish to withdraw, you may receive the full refund.
- Commissions under $30 are non-refundable once the request has been started.
- If you request to withdraw after your commission has been started, partial refunds may be available and refund amount will be varied based on the amount of progress completed.
Process and Revisions
- Completion time should be around 2-4 weeks but no longer than 3 months. If you have a specific deadline, please specify before paying.
- Screenshot WIPs will be constantly provided on your preferred method of contact to give you ample chances for revisions.
- Requested major changes will be an additional fee, the amount will be up to my discretion.
Artist Usage Rights
- I retain the full copyrights to the art piece. I may post WIP's and completed commissions to my social media sites and to promote my work.
- If you wish for me to not post your commissions publicly, please notify me beforehand.
Client Usage Rights
- You, the client is allowed to use the commissioned piece to share it over any social medias. Crediting is not necessary but definitely appreciated.
- You may not claim the commission(s) as your own work.
- Unless discussed otherwise for commercial-use, printing commission(s) for profit is prohibited.
